A defined sourcing research offer
Industrial supplier shortlist pilot
Get a clearer list of businesses to ask about your requirement. The pilot turns a defined sourcing brief into documented supplier candidates and the questions that still need answers.
Enquire about a shortlistContent reviewed 14 October 2026 · Requests receive operator review; supplier forwarding is not automatic.
What you receive
For an agreed brief, the deliverable is up to five supplier candidates supported by public sources, or an evidence-backed gap report if enough suitable candidates cannot be established. We will not fill the list with unsupported matches.
- A candidate table with business identity, source-supported category and location.
- Official source links, the date reviewed and the fields those sources support.
- A clear list of unknown specifications, capability questions and potential conflicts.
- Questions to confirm directly with each supplier and a suggested next step.
How the pilot starts
- Send an enquiry with your requirement, quantity, destination and timing. It is saved privately for operator review.
- We review whether the brief is suitable for this pilot, then propose the research scope, deliverable, timing and fixed fee in writing.
- Paid research starts only after you accept that scope and fee. Submitting this form does not charge you or place an order.
- You review the shortlist and decide the next step. Supplier contact or forwarding requires permission and confirmation; it is not automatic.
Price and scope
The initial enquiry is free. The research fee is quoted for the defined brief and agreed in writing before paid work begins. There is no subscription or checkout on this pilot page.
Research is the deliverable. Supplier availability, quotations, orders, response times and delivery are not guaranteed. Public sources do not replace technical due diligence or certification checks. The pilot does not include purchasing, freight, customs work or technician dispatch.
Start with a manageable requirement
A specific packaging requirement, fastener specification or defined product-family search makes a useful pilot brief. Include existing drawings or part references and identify any requirements you cannot change.
For production emergencies, use the production-down intake and confirm availability directly with a supplier. This research pilot does not promise emergency response.
